Kubota Agro-Industrial
Machinery Philippines, Inc. (KAMPI) was organized in November 1997 as a
joint venture company among the M.B. Zamora Group (70%), Kubota Corporation
of Osaka, Japan (15%) and Marubeni Corporation of
Tokyo, Japan
(15%). Its primary objective is to act as the exclusive agent, importer,
distributor of Kubota agricultural machineries and equipment in the
Philippines for such products as: water-cooled diesel engines, gasoline
engines, 4-wheel tractors, pumps, diesel/gasoline fed generators, rice
reapers and other industrial products. KAMPI is also to serve as the
authorized parts and service center, providing warranty and
maintenance/repair service for such equipment.
KAMPI maintains a head
office in Quezon City
where its sales office, parts and service operation and main warehouse are
located. The company also owns a branch office building in
Davao City,
and covers the rest of the country thru its network of authorized
dealers.

manufactures tractor implements and other agricultural accessories
to complement KAMPI's product lines. FMC is also a contractor for
steel fabrication works and engineering services.
International Heavy Equipment Corporation
(IHEC) -The
exclusive Philippine distributor of DRESSTA construction and
earth-moving equipment such as crawler dozers, wheel loaders and
motor graders (under brand name GALION). IHEC also carries other
industrial equipment such as VIBROMAX compaction machines, KATO
hydraulic excavators and cranes; AQUAMEC river dredgers and TEREX (Fermec)
backhoe loaders.
In 2005, IHEC created two new divisions to handle other acquired
product lines :
Irrigation Division - Rainbird golf/turf/agri
irrigation system, ITT-Goulds centrifugal/turbine pumps.
Industrial Division - Lombardini industrial
air-cooled diesel engines and Cummins Sentry range
generators.
